1977 Music Man Stingray Bass Sunburst
The 1977 Music Man StingRay bass is a true icon—born at the intersection of innovation and attitude. As one of the earliest models from a revolutionary era, it carries the unmistakable vibe of late-'70s rock, funk, and soul. With its bold design and unmistakable punch, this bass quickly became a favorite among players who demanded both style and substance. There's a certain raw character in its voice—tight, powerful, and deeply expressive—that continues to resonate decades later. More than just a bass, the '77 StingRay is a piece of music history, built to groove and made to last.
