This is a used and fully tested Electro-Harmonix Bass Soul Food pedal with the Alchemy Audio. 

Here is what the Mod page says from AA:

"We swap out the stock silicon diodes with vintage germanium to more closely resemble those found inside the famous Klon Centaur. We also upgrade the knobs and install a bright LED in your choice of color - as well as clean the input / output jacks and any "scratchy" pots. Lastly, we'll replace any worn or battery straps and screws. "
